My role was to create a full brand identity for a new property development and investment firm. The core challenge was to design a brand that could confidently bridge two opposing ideas: the longstanding traditions of the property industry and a modern, forward-thinking approach to business.

I started by creating a logo that would serve as the brand's cornerstone. The final design cleverly balances tradition and modernity by incorporating a solid, grounded square shape with the silhouettes of two houses to hint at the property side of the business. The logo also subtly contains a capital 'B' from the company name within its negative space. This strategic use of form and space was complemented by a deep burgundy colour palette and a balanced typographic system that paired a traditional serif with a modern sans-serif typeface. This new brand identity was then extended to a custom website, which became a vital tool for establishing credibility and positioning the company for a strong launch.
