This project involved a UX review and redesign of a car servicing Product Listing Page, with a focus on improving the mobile experience. The core challenge was to enhance usability and conversion rates while maintaining a sense of familiarity for returning users and an established design language.
My process began with a comprehensive UX audit of the existing page, which allowed me to identify key pain points and inconsistencies. Using user personas and competitor analysis, I developed a new user-centric design that prioritised clear information hierarchy and simplified the user journey, leading to a more intuitive and effective product for all user types.
