Spatial Design & Photography

overview

This project involved the complete spatial design and fit-out of a Harry Potter merchandise store in London's Covent Garden. The core goal was to transform a standard retail unit into an immersive, experiential space that would transport visitors into the world of the films.

My work began with a complete design of the shop's interior, controlling the customer journey by splitting the space into three distinct zones: a street scene, a castle interior, and a shop interior. I designed bespoke cabinetry and joinery, selecting materials and finishes that emulated the film's aesthetic. Once the project was complete, I handled the photography for the store's marketing campaign, capturing the atmosphere and key design elements to publicise its upcoming opening.
